Chemical Analysis:
The analysis procedure to check the chemical composition of alloys as per the ISO standard
Atmospheric pressure and hydraulic test:
Testing of pressure pipes for leakage at specific pressure range for at least 5 seconds. The general pipe pressure applied for test is P-0.59 MPa.
Corrosion test:
Testing of pipes, pipe joints and fittings as per the international quality standard for zero inter crystalline corrosion
Technical performances test:
Hardness test, Flattening test, tensile test, impact test, flaring test, metallographic test, bending test, nondestructive inspection (eddy current test, X ray test and ultrasonic test)
