Our infrastructure set up is divided into several departments to effectively meet the overall objectives of the company. We have installed world class machines and equipments in our plant facilities to ensure production of flawless range of Tubes, pipes and other products.

 

From production to final shipment, at every process of our company, superior range of machinery and tools are used by our team members. The installed machinery and machine components are also repaired and upgraded to ensure smooth production flow of Tubes, Pipes and other items as per the client’s requirements.

Research & Development

Galvanization of pipe & tube surface is not feasible in many instances. Therefore, in such situations, the special oxide film produced on chromium alloy stainless steel products is highly suitable.  There are several types of corrosion resistant stainless steel alloys that are suitable for all type of plant environments. These anti corrosive Stainless steel sheets are used in fabrication of pipes, tubes and fittings for many industries such as chemical and food processing plants. Stainless steel alloys is used in designing of several machines and machine components such as Gas exhaust system, Water purifying system, Electrical turbines and many more.

 

The metal composition of general stainless steel alloys is chromium (10.5%), nickel, iron, molybdenum and nitrogen (90%). With complex and high thermal chemical process, these metal elements are molded to produce anti abrasive and rust proof alloy called stainless steel.

Stainless steel is available in four types:

 

  • Austenitic
  • Ferritic
  • Ferritic-Austenitic (Duplex)
  • Martensitic

 

Austenitic is widely used stainless steel in the market.  The metal composition of the alloy is nickel (7%) to provide toughness and ductility to the steel structure. This SS is used multiple industries such as containers, industrial piping and vessels, housewares, architectural facades and constructional structures.

 

Ferritic stainless steel is another SS variant with features matching to mild steel. The ferritic SS has high corrosion resistance feature. The SS variant is available in two variants ie, 12% Chromium containing steel and 17% chromium containing steels. !2% chrome containing Ferritic SS is used in building and infrastructure while 17% chrome containing SS in housewares, boilers, washing machines and indoor architecture.

 

Ferritic-Austenitic (Duplex) stainless steel combines features of austenitic and ferritic SS.  Duplex SS is known for high ductility and tensile strength. These are used in paper, petrochemical, pulp and shipbuilding companies.

 

Martensitic stainless steel is available in two chrome composition ie, 11 % and 13%. Both types of SS has high tensile strength and moderate anti corrosive features. The SS is widely used in Turbine processes.

Warehouse

Our company has developed highly capacious and state-of-the-art warehouse department, in which we safely store our bulk consignment for long period without any damage. We store our products in international standard store rooms where these products can be protected from any kind of resolution and avoiding uncertainty between any two materials.
